I'm burning out...

Well...it's been so long I can't catch up, so here's what's new

The Festivus of Lights '06 was fun. I love Hanukkah, and Jewish people, and Seinfeld. Yarmulkes are my new favorite accessory (which is good because we've got 40 of them available to decorate). And enough Coca-Cola and cranberry juice to re-sink the Titanic.

I'm very cold right now.

I like working at the coffee shop.

I sleep a lot. And Melissa & Will just bought me the bed that I wanted from IKEA, so I'm excited for Kallen to put that together on Thursday. Next on the agenda is getting a mattress that actually fits it; I haven't been saving for one because I didn't think I would actually be getting the bed any time soon. I love Melissa & Will.

Ben & Tye are having another cook-off on Wednesday. Pat Wierenga will be in town, so he's got a guest spot as the celebrity Executive chef, and will get the opportunity to help Ben & Tye put their big-boy chef coats on...which Ben ordered and had embroidered, so I'm excited to see those. I've still got the engraver Tye gave me after the last one, so I will be customizing some more knives hopefully.

I haven't even begun my Christmas shopping, with the exception of a couple of stocking stuffers for Cass & Andrea, and a very small part of Ben's present. I feel like I might get a couple of things, but generally will do all of my shopping the morning of Christmas Eve. I work the rest of this week aside from Wednesday (which will entail sleeping until I have to leave for the cook-off), and I intend on picking up a monster double at either Grandville or Kentwood on Saturday to make some extra cashmoney to then spend the next day. We'll see how that works out for me.

That's all I've got. Time for a warm shower to try and heat my feet!! ...I'm going to be very tired today, I fear.
